A traffic enforcer in Thailand has grabbed everyone’s attention. Wearing a T-Rex costume, Sergeant Tanit Bussabong is a hit among children and their parents as he effectively teaches road and traffic safety.
Bussabong, who was assigned near a kindergarten in Nakhon Nayok, shared that the children enjoy seeing him around. Aside from his bright green dinosaur costume, he still has over 20 others, including a Minnie Mouse and a bear.
On his Facebook page, he called himself “Uncle Dino” and fondly shared that children don’t have to go to Disneyland or amusement park to meet their favorite cartoon characters.
He proudly said that after a year of wearing costumes, the children learned to follow traffic rules and respect the authority. Bussabong was quoted by ABS-CBN saying that it makes him happy to see the children happy. Even the parents learned to follow traffic rules.
